The first TED conference took place in 1984.Talks available on topics including climate change, education, communication, health, technology, social justice, and many more.
Films on Demand is an online library of streaming videos, covering a wide range of topics. CCSF Library's subscription includes the general academic and nursing collections. There are approximately 15,000 films.

The Netflix US YouTube channel features a subset of Netflix Original educational documentaries available for classroom screenings.
