English as a Second Language (ESL) Level 7-8 Pleasure Reading (CNB): Home

Reading for pleasure at the right level helps to make you a better reader. The tools at this site should help level 7 and 8 ESL students at early levels of reading find and use the Chinatown/North Beach Library's Read Collection to enjoy just-right books at their level. The Read Collection is located on the 2nd floor of the Library and is color-coded by level. All level 7 and 8 books are marked with a red sticker to make them easy to browse and find new titles. This guide also includes web resources and e-books for students using tablet, smartphones, and computers to read digitally.
