The CCSF CNB Center Library and Dasen American Academy proudly presents Tea Ceremony, an immersive cultural experience showcasing the beauty and tradition of tea preparation. This program will feature a live demonstration followed by an engaging discussion on the historical and cultural significance of tea across different societies. Participants will have the opportunity to sample a variety of teas and enjoy traditional treats provided during the event.

For ESL students, this program serves as a unique opportunity to expand their vocabulary related to tea traditions, cultural heritage, and ceremonial practices. Through firsthand experience, students will gain a deeper appreciation for the values of purity, harmony, and mutual respect embedded in the art of tea. Additionally, they will enhance their listening and speaking skills by engaging in discussions and reflections on cross-cultural traditions.
