If you have a question about library services or need help with a school assignment, you can contact us by phone, email, chat, or in person.
Chat with a librarian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you don't get a response right away during open hours, the librarian is probably helping someone else. You can always pop back on to the chat service later if the current wait is too long.
To email us a question, use Ask a CCSF Librarian! We try to respond within two business days when classes are in session. Subject librarians can also be emailed directly. If you need faster assistance, please contact the library by phone or by chat.
