The public library offers streaming media for free to patrons through a variety of platforms.  Students can access films in Hoopla and Kanopy through the public library.

California residents can apply for a San Francisco Public Library card online at https://sflib1.sfpl.org/selfreg.  Then bring a valid ID to a SFPL location to obtain your library card.
