Contact-Free Pickup

alert iconNow that CCSF Library has moved to in-person access, contact-free pickup will retire permanently on the following dates: Chinatown/NB last pickup day is Tuesday, May 24, 2022; John Adams and Mission last pickup day is Wednesday, May 25, 2022; Rosenberg last pickup day is Thursday, June 2, 2022

Students are able to place holds on many library materials (including laptops, Chromebooks, WiFi hotspots, books, course reserves, and Associated Students (AS) Bookloan books) and schedule appointments to pick them up using a contact-free pickup service at the Rosenberg Library on Ocean Campus, Chinatown/North Beach Center, John Adams Center and Mission Center.

The process may take a week (from the time you place your request, to the day you pick it up.)

Students may also check out library materials by coming into the library during open hours. See the In Person Access page for more information.

For answers to frequently asked questions, please visit the CCSF Library FAQs.

Make sure you are requesting materials from the library you want! Items from one library cannot be sent to another. For example, a book requested from John Adams must be picked up at John Adams.
